14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods, without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).

How to withdraw

1. Send us a clear statement within the deadline — by email to info.zenithfit@gmail.com or by post to 43 Lermontov St, Burgas, Bulgaria. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
2. Send the goods back to 43 Lermontov St, Burgas, Bulgaria no later than 14 days after telling us. The cost of returning the goods is yours.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the original delivery cost (except extra costs if you chose a delivery more expensive than the cheapest we offer), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method unless we agree otherwise — for cash on delivery we refund by bank transfer. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

Condition of the goods

You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return the bottle clean and, if possible, in its original packaging.
