Terms and conditions

These Terms govern purchases by consumers from the online store zenithfitness.co (the “Store”), operated by ПН Комърс ЕООД. By ticking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Seller

2. Product and prices

The Store sells the ZENITH 2.7 L fitness bottle with a magnetic phone mount. Its main characteristics are described on the product page. Prices are in euro and are final, VAT included. The delivery cost is shown separately before you confirm the order. Where a previous price is shown, it is the lowest price applied by the seller in the 30 days before the reduction.

3. Orders and contract

You choose a quantity, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm the order. You can review and correct your details before confirming. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. The seller may refuse an order if stock runs out or the details are incorrect, in which case any amount paid is refunded.

4. Payment

• By card online — processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The Store does not receive or store your card details.
• Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when you receive the parcel.

5. Delivery

Delivery is within Bulgaria by Econt Express or Speedy, to a courier office or an address, in 1–3 working days from order confirmation. The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Please report visible damage to the courier when you receive the parcel.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See Returns and withdrawal.

7. Legal guarantee and complaints

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Complaints can be sent to info.zenithfit@gmail.com with the order number, a description of the problem and the remedy you request (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund). Complaints are handled within 30 days.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. You may also contact the Consumer Protection Commission or the General Conciliation Commission at KZP (kzp.bg) for alternative dispute resolution. Otherwise the competent Bulgarian court decides.

10. Final provisions

Bulgarian law applies. The seller may update these Terms; changes do not affect orders already placed.
